DURSLEY GOES STRICTLY MAD!

As the new series of the BBC’s ‘Strictly Coming Dancing’ gets ready to hit our television screens this Autumn, you too can experience some of that ‘strictly magic’.

Strictly Dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite have developed a unique dance and fitness programme called ‘FitSteps’, which combines the best known and most popular Latin and Ballroom dances with proven fitness techniques.  It all goes in to making a fabulously fun exercise session, which quickly improves fitness and posture, burning lots of calories too.

A FREE taster session will take place on Monday 14th September from 7.30pm-8.15pm at Lister Hall (the Chantry Centre) in Long Street, Dursley.  The session will be led by accredited Instructor Jane Manning from ‘World Jungle’ who has trained with Natalie Lowe and takes a regular Fitsteps class at that time each week in Lister hall.  She explains:

“Fitsteps is a great way to exercise, without even realising it!  You don’t need to be able to dance – and it doesn’t involve any partner work or require special shoes.  Just turn up in training shoes and comfortable clothes for a workout, enjoy the music, get fit and have some fun!”

So, if you’re ready to take to the floor and FitStep your way to a new you, just turn up on the day. All ages and levels of experience welcome.
